Monty Chambers

Monty brings a unique blend of financial expertise and a client-first philosophy to the Colony Bank SBSL Team. Based in the North Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, he launched his banking career in 2016 as a credit analyst, quickly transitioning into commercial and SBA lending. This followed a successful tenure in financial planning, where he held Series 6 and 63 licenses after earning degrees in Business Administration and History from Austin College.

Monty has spent nearly a decade specializing in U.S. small business lending. He is known for his deep, specialized knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs, along with taking a consultative approach to structuring deals that truly fit his clients’ needs.

Outside the Bank When he’s not helping local businesses grow, Monty is usually found spending time with his family. He and his wife have two young children, and Monty stays busy coaching their sports teams and enjoying the great outdoors. Driven by a servant’s heart, he is ready to partner with you to achieve your business’s long-term goals.
