We’re pleased to announce the addition of Meryl K. Joiner to lead the professional development of our retail management team. Meryl K. will utilize her banking background to implement a coaching infrastructure that supports the ongoing professional learning and sales skills of banking center team members, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.
Meryl K. brings seven years of banking experience to Colony, most recently serving as a high-performing Vice President, Retail Market Manager at Synovus. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Tampa and is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Lee.

Meryl K., originally from Tallahassee, now resides in Albany with her husband, Matt, and their two children. She is active in the community, serving as a board member for the Albany Museum of Art, and as a member of the First Methodist Church of Albany. In her free time, Meryl K. enjoys spending time with her family, creating DIY projects, and traveling.
