Justin Truelove has joined Colony Bank as Director of Healthcare Lending. In this newly created position, Justin will focus on providing unique financing solutions for medical and dental practices during acquisitions, buy-ins, buy-outs, expansions, real estate purchases, renovations, and construction scenarios.

The formation of our Healthcare Lending team is a logical extension of our products and services and positions us to be able to care for a range of unique needs for the doctor, dental, and medical practices in and around Birmingham. Justin has over nineteen years of banking experience, most recently as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with South State Bank. Other prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President for National Bank of Commerce, Senior Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, and Healthcare Business Banker with PNC. Justin is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and has been a Certified Medical Practice Executive since 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama. He enjoys volunteering throughout the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Smile-A-Mile.
