Following a very detailed study and numerous discussions, we are updating our banking center hours to align with current traffic patterns, our customers’ needs, and to empower our team to best serve you by ensuring they’re ready and available during peak hours.

After an extensive study and numerous discussions with team members from each of our markets, we are changing our hours to best align with traffic patterns and the needs of our customers. In addition, we are further empowering our team members to better serve you by ensuring they’re available and ready during peak hours. In some markets, this means we are extending hours to provide greater customer convenience. As always, we are here to serve you 24/7 with ATM check deposits (available at certain locations), Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Treasury Solutions, and more.
If the bank is closed or you’re in a hurry, we have several convenient self-service options to make a deposit into your account. These include Mobile Deposit with Mobile Banking, night depository, and ATM deposits in select locations.
You can make a withdrawal using any of our ATMs located throughout our statewide footprint. For a full list, visit www.colony.bank/locations. In addition, with every personal and business checking account, you get 3 ATM surcharge fees waived automatically per month if you use an ATM that’s not affiliated with Colony Bank.
With Online and Mobile Banking, you have 24/7/365 access to check account balances, view recent transactions, pay bills, transfer money between accounts, and more. You can also view your account balance and account activity at any Colony Bank ATM. In addition, you can speak with a Call Center team member by calling 800-873-6404 during business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM and on Saturdays from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

Select Enroll on the Online Banking bar.
Enter the required information. (Account Number and PIN number: Last 4 of SSN or telephone banking pin)
Complete the onscreen instructions.

Go to the App store or Google play store to download the Colony Bank app
Login with the credentials created at enrollment

Sign into your online banking account at colony.bank
Select the Profile tab
Select Enroll now under Mobile Banking section
Read Terms and Conditions
Select desired mobile banking services: Mobile Browser, Mobile App, or Text Messaging
Select your timezone and select the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking
Enter mobile phone number
Complete the on-screen instructions

You must be enrolled in Online Banking and Mobile Banking to make a Mobile Deposit. If you are not currently enrolled, follow the quick steps below to get started.
Login to Mobile Banking
Select the Deposit tab on the banking bar
Select Deposit a check
Select the account that the check needs to go to and enter the correct check amount
Make sure your check is endorsed correctly. It must include “For Deposit Only - Colony Bank”
Take clear photos of the front and back of the check
Select Make deposit
Hold onto the physical check until funds are posted to your account

Mobile deposits submitted by 6:30 p.m. EST will credit the account the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Checks deposited are subject to Regulation CC holds.
If a check is rejected, you will receive communication to the primary account owner’s email address on file

The majority of Colony Bank’s ATM network accepts cash and check deposits.
ATM deposits submitted by 6:00 p.m. EST will credit the account the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays

Cash deposits made via the ATM are memo-posted immediately
Check deposits must be properly endorsed, by all payees
Checks deposited are subject to Regulation CC holds.
If a check is rejected, an Image Replacement Document (IRD) will be returned to you via USPS.
