Frequently Asked Questions

Will I need to download a separate mobile banking app for my business account and personal account?

No! Now you’ll be able to access all of your business and personal accounts within one app and platform. You can even link any accounts that you might have with another financial institution within your new Colony Bank Online and Mobile Banking account.

Will my Company ID for Online/Mobile Banking still be needed?

No. The Company ID will go away in the new system. You’ll log in using your current Business Online/Mobile Banking username instead.

How do I log in for the first time?

When you log in to your new Colony Bank Online or Mobile Banking for the very first time, please use your current TC Federal username and the temporary password: ColonyBank01

After this initial login, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. You’ll also need to confirm your phone number and email for multi-factor authentication (MFA). This is a normal part of moving to a new system, and it helps protect your business.

What if I have trouble logging in on February 17?

We’re here to help! You can call your Banking Solutions team at 855-389-2265 or email bankingsolutions@colonybank.com, and our team will get you back in as quickly  as possible.

  • The wire cutoff time will change to 5:30 PM ET.
  • The Check Positive Pay & ACH Positive Pay decision cutoff will remain 3:00 PM ET.
Will I need to re-enroll in Business Bill Pay?

No, Business Bill Pay users will not have to re-enroll! However, you will be prompted to accept the new Terms and Conditions when you first access the platform.

Will recurring ACH payments continue automatically?

Recurring ACH payments will need to be re-scheduled after conversion. This is common with system transitions and helps ensure everything runs accurately in the new platform.

Will I still need a wire PIN for online or phone in wires?

Yes. If you place wires by phone, you’ll continue to use your current wire PIN just as you do today.

Will I need to install anything new for Remote Deposit Capture?

After you log in on February 17, please review:

  • User settings and permissions
  • Contact info (for alerts and approvals)
  • File imports and upload formats
  • And if you use exception alerts, we recommend subscribing to text alerts.
