Colony Bank is expanding its financial services with the introduction of Private Banking, a new offering designed to provide personalized banking and financial solutions for individuals and families with more complex financial needs. As part of this expansion, the bank has welcomed Colby Cardin as Private Banker.

We’re excited to welcome Colby to the team and look forward to growing this offering as we continue helping our customers achieve their financial goals.”

Private Banking offers personalized banking and lending solutions tailored to each client’s financial goals while connecting them with Colony Bank’s broader capabilities, including wealth management, insurance, specialized lending and more.

He previously served on the executive board of Scouts America. Cardin and his wife, Laura, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pastoral Institute, have been married for 26 years and have two children.

“I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Colby, and I’ve seen firsthand the way he builds lasting relationships and earns the trust of his clients,” said Mitch Watkins, Regional President. “He’s established a strong reputation throughout the Columbus community, and we’re excited to welcome him to Colony Bank as we introduce private banking to our customers.”

The addition of private banking reflects Colony Bank’s continued investment in meeting customers’ evolving financial needs. By expanding its suite of financial solutions, the bank is making it easier for customers to access personalized guidance and specialized expertise while continuing to work with a trusted local financial partner.
