Our annual Internship Program places students in banking, corporate or tech roles, giving them hands-on experience in their area of interest. Completing this internship will provide an opportunity to transition into full-time positions with Colony Bank upon graduation.

Who We Look For
We are committed to providing extraordinary service for our colleagues and clients and seek interns who are eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You can pursue roles requiring a variety of general skills or work towards specialized degrees such as finance or technology.
What to Expect
Internships run for 10-12 weeks, over the Spring, Summer, and Fall cohorts. You’ll participate in an orientation and be invited to learning, networking and professional development events. When you’re ready to start, your manager will create a structured work plan with you.
