Real-World Work Experience

We believe that giving students opportunities to gain real-world work experience will set them on the path for future success. Our annual Internship Program places students in banking, corporate or tech roles, giving them hands-on experience in their area of interest. Completing this internship will provide an opportunity to transition into full-time positions with Colony Bank upon graduation.

Who We Look For

What to Expect

Internships run for 10-12 weeks, over the Spring, Summer, and Fall cohorts. You’ll participate in an orientation and be invited to learning, networking and professional development events. When you’re ready to start, your manager will create a structured work plan with you.
