Internship Program

Your internship should give you more than a glimpse into the working world. It should give you the opportunity to take on real work, learn from experienced leaders, build relationships, and discover where your strengths and interests could take you.

As a Colony Bank intern, you’ll work on real projects, build hands-on experience, and see how different teams and roles come together across the bank. Along the way, you’ll have a dedicated mentor, spend time with our executive leadership team, participate in professional development, and build relationships with fellow interns and team members through experiences both inside and outside the office.

Whether you already see a future for yourself in banking or you’re still exploring what comes next, you’ll finish the summer with real experience, new skills, a stronger professional network, and a better understanding of the opportunities available to you.

Who We Look For

We are committed to providing extraordinary service for our colleagues and clients and seek interns who are eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You can pursue roles requiring a variety of general skills or work towards specialized degrees such as finance or technology.

What to Expect

Internships run for 11 weeks in the summer cohort. You’ll participate in an orientation and be invited to learning, networking and professional development events. When you’re ready to start, your manager will create a structured work plan with you.
