How to Use Telephone Banking

To access your account information quickly and easily via phone, follow these steps:

1. Call either 800-240-5188 or 800-873-6404 and press option 1 for Telephone Banking.
2. Select your language by pressing 1 for English.
3. Press 1 for account information.
   • Enter your Account Number, followed by the pound (#) sign.
   • Press 1 for Checking.
   • Enter your PIN*, followed by the pound (#) sign.
     • Your PIN number will be the last 4 of your SSN unless you have changed it in Telephone Banking.

After completing these steps, you will hear your current balance, the last deposit amount, and the post date of that deposit.
