Mastering Your Digital Banking Experience: A Guide for Business Users

System Access for Business Master Users:

As a master user, you have administrator-level control. This includes:

• Setting Up Sub-Users: Easily grant, manage, and reset access for team members.
• Profile Management: Update your profile and contact information anytime.
• Initial Login Support: Need help logging in for the first time? Your business administrator can assist.

Wire Transfers:

Before processing a wire, please update the physical address of your existing wire payees. To do this, navigate to Treasury Solutions > Business Admin > Payees.

Positive Pay:

Take control of your fraud prevention measures with separate modules in Positive Pay. You’ll see:

• Manage sub users and control notifications preferences (now to include text alerts)
• Use the Change Module to switch between the separate ACH Positive Pay, Check Positive Pay Dashboard
