We’re excited to announce that TC Federal Bank will be joining Colony Bank to bring you more resources, more support, and more ways to bank.
This partnership brings together two community banks with a shared commitment to service, relationships, and doing what’s right for our customers, team members, and communities. By coming together, we’ll be able to offer you more of the following: expanded access to locations, enhanced digital banking tools, and a wider range of personal and business banking solutions. You’ll still work with the same friendly team you know and trust, now with even more resources behind them to serve you better.
Thank you for your continued trust. We’re excited to keep making progress together.
For now, nothing changes. You’ll keep working with the same team, in the same location, with the same service you know and trust.
In the coming months, here’s what you can look forward to:
At Colony Bank, we exist to enable progress by helping our customers, team members, and communities move forward. Every day, we focus on delivering solutions that exceed expectations and upholding service standards that are collaborative, prompt, and simple.
TC Federal Bank shares that same commitment. Their mission to exceed customer expectations through personalized service and customer-focused decisions, along with their core values of service, integrity, community, and trustworthiness, align closely with ours. Like us, they believe in putting people first and investing time and talent into the communities they serve.
This is a partnership built on shared purpose, and we’re proud to bring our teams together to continue growing strong relationships across the markets we serve.
There are no changes to your accounts, debit card, or online banking, and you’ll continue working with the same team you know and trust. What this announcement does mean is more convenience, more expertise, and more access. You’ll see an expanded network of locations, new team members joining our organization, and increased capabilities across personal and business banking. It’s another step forward in our ongoing effort to deliver the best possible experience for you.
For now, nothing changes about how you bank. You’ll continue to visit the same branch, use the same login, and work with the same people you know and trust. As we move through the transition, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way and let you know well in advance of any changes to your account or services.
TC Federal is now officially part of the Colony Bank family, and we’re excited about what’s ahead. For now, your banking stays exactly the way it is today. You’ll continue to work with the same team and enjoy the same personal service. More information will arrive in mid-January to help guide you through the next steps.
This partnership came together for the right reasons. Both banks share a similar approach to community banking – one that’s centered on relationships, personal service, and doing what’s best for the customer. By coming together, we’ll be able to offer you more of the following: expanded access to locations, enhanced digital banking tools, and a wider range of personal and business banking solutions. You’ll still work with the same friendly team you know and trust, now with even more resources behind them to serve you better.
A: Not yet. We want customers to have a smooth, easy experience when the time comes. Until our system conversion in the beginning of 2026, both banks will continue operating separately. After the conversion, customers will be able to enjoy the full network of Colony Bank locations and ATMs.
Current customers of TC Federal Bank can expect to receive more information in mid-January. That communication will walk you through what to expect as we move toward our system conversion in mid-February. We’ll guide you through the process one step at a time to make everything smooth and straightforward.
There are no immediate changes to your account or debit card. If updates are needed in the future, we’ll let you know well in advance and make the process as easy as possible.
Yes. Your relationship with your banker won’t change. We’re combining forces to bring you more resources, not to replace the people and relationships you count on.
Yes, eventually, all locations will transition to the Colony Bank brand. We’ll provide plenty of notice and details before any changes take place.
This partnership means you’ll gain access to:
Your local banker is still your best resource. If you ever have a question or concern, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here for you.
In the coming months, shareholders of TC Bancshares, Inc. will receive a detailed shareholder information package in the mail. It will outline everything you need to know about the transaction and next steps. For now, you don’t need to take any action. We’re committed to making this process as clear and seamless as possible, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
