You’ll continue working with the same familiar team, now supported by the resources and capabilities of Colony Bank.

On Tuesday, February 17, you can begin using Colony Bank’s services. Here are some steps to help you get back to banking:

  1. Activate Your New Colony Bank Debit Card
    • Call the number on the back of your new Colony Bank debit card to activate it.
  2. Log in to Colony Bank Online & Mobile Banking
  3. Re-enroll in Zelle®
    • If you use Zelle®, you will need to enroll again through Colony Bank’s Online or Mobile Banking.

When does everything officially become Colony Bank?

February 17, 2026 is the official Colony Bank conversion day. This is when:

  • You can begin logging into Colony Bank Online & Mobile Banking to view your accounts
  • You can activate your new Colony Bank debit card
  • All locations officially operate as Colony Bank

 

Can I use Colony Bank locations and ATMs?

Yes. Beginning February 17, customers from both banks can use all Colony Bank locations and ATMs.

Are any locations closed during conversion?

As we prepare and begin the system transition, our Thomasville branch will be closed on Saturday, February 14. Additionally, all offices will be closed on February 16 for Presidents’ Day.

Will my account number or routing number change?

Your account number will stay the same, unless you are notified otherwise.
Beginning February 17, your new routing number will be 061202672. This routing number should be used for any new direct deposits, withdrawals, or check orders going forward.

When is the last day I can use my TC Federal debit card?

Monday, February 16, 2026 is the final day your TC Federal debit card will work.

When do I activate my new Colony Bank debit card?

You can activate and begin using your new Colony Bank debit card on February 17, 2026. You should have received yours by mail in mid to late January.

Will I need a new mobile app or login?

Yes, you’ll need to download the Colony Bank Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play.

When you log in for the first time on February 17:

  • Use your existing TC Federal username
  • Enter the temporary password ColonyBank01
  • You’ll be prompted to create a new password

On this, you can also remove the old TC Federal app from your phone or device.

How long will TC Federal customers be able to use their existing TC Federal checks after the conversion?

Customers can continue using their existing TC Federal checks without any issues. The TC Federal routing number will continue to be recognized by Colony Bank. When it’s time to reorder checks, you should update your check information to use the Colony Bank routing number.

Will I need to re-enroll in Bill Pay or Zelle®?

Bill Pay: No re-enrollment is needed. You’ll be asked to accept updated terms when you first log in.

Zelle®: Yes, Zelle® will need to be set up again once you’ve logged into your Colony Bank Online or Mobile Banking. You can find quick step-by-step instructions here.

Will I still work with the same banker?

You’ll continue working with the same local team you know and trust. Personal relationships and local service are at the core of both banks and that commitment is not changing.
