COLONY DIGITAL BANKING LAUNCH TIMELINE

We're excited to bring you a new and improved Online and Mobile Banking experience!

To help you prepare, we've outlined the key dates you should be aware of. Below, you'll find two tables — one for our Personal Banking customers and one for our Business Banking customers — so you can easily see what steps are needed and when.


PERSONAL ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING KEY DATES:

AUGUST 15TH - 20TH
  • During this period, new Bill Pay transactions and Zelle transfers will be unavailable.
  • Please set up and preschedule any necessary Bill Pays or Zelle transfers before August 14th.
AUGUST 19TH
  • Personal Online and Mobile Banking goes to view-only access at 5 PM*, meaning no new transactions can be initiated.
    • *Mobile Deposits will be unavailable beginning at 2 PM on August 19th.

AUGUST 20TH

(LAUNCH DAY!)

  • Our new Online and Mobile Banking will be ready to use!
  • Our current Personal Online and Mobile Banking will be completely unavailable, instead you’ll access your accounts through our new Colony Digital Banking platform!


BUSINESS ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING KEY DATES AND ACTIONS:

AUGUST 12TH:

Bill Pay
  • Retail and Business Bill Pay users will need to set up and pre-schedule any payments by August 15th.
Business Online and Mobile Banking
  • Enrollment is no longer available.
Business ACH Originators
  • Preschedule ACH files with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Print/Save all ACH Templates by August 14th.
Business Wire Transfers
  • Preschedule business wires with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Please Print/Save all Wire Templates (While Wire templates will NOT convert, Payee information from current Wire templates will be converted).
AUGUST 13TH:
Personal Online and Mobile Banking
  • LAST DAY for enrollment for our current Personal Online and Mobile Banking platform.
Bill Pay
  • Retail and Business Bill Pay users will need to set up and pre-schedule any payments by August 15th.
Business ACH Originators
  • Preschedule ACH files with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Print/Save all ACH Templates by August 14th.

  • Preschedule business wires with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.

AUGUST 14TH:

Business ACH Originators
  • Preschedule ACH files with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Print/Save all ACH Templates by August 14th.
Business Wire Transfers
  • Preschedule business wires with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Please Print/Save all Wire Templates (While Wire templates will NOT convert, Payee information from current Wire templates will be converted).
AUGUST 16TH:
Business ACH Originators
  • LAST DAY to pre schedule ACH files with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Print/Save all ACH Templates by end of day.
Business Wire Transfers
  • LAST DAY to pre schedule business wires with an effective date between August 17th-20th by 5 PM on August 16th.
  • Please Print/Save all Wire Templates by end of day (While Wire templates will NOT convert, Payee information from current Wire templates will be converted).
AUGUST 18TH:
Business Online and Mobile Banking
  • All Business Online and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable until the new platform launches on August 20th.
  • LAST DAY for Business Online and Mobile Banking users to use Remote Deposit Capture, Internal Transfers, Mobile Deposit.
AUGUST 19TH:
Personal Online and Mobile Banking
  • Personal Online and Mobile Banking goes to view-only access at 5 PM*, meaning no new transactions can be initiated.
  • *Mobile Deposits will be unavailable beginning at 2 PM on August 19th.
Business Online and Mobile Banking
  • All Business Online and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable until the new platform launches on August 20th.
Remote Deposit Capture Unavailable
  • To make a deposit on Monday, August 19th, please visit your local banking center.
Positive Pay Unavailable
  • Our Treasury team will reach out to you if you have a Positive Pay exception on August 19th.
Wire Transfers Unavailable
  • To initiate a wire on August 19th, email our Treasury team at treasury@colonybank.com or call us at (855) 389-2265. You can also visit your local banking center.
AUGUST 20TH:
LAUNCH DAY!
  • Our new Online and Mobile Banking will be ready to use! We’ll provide login instructions closer to the date and post them on our website.
Personal Online and Mobile Banking
  • Our current Personal Online and Mobile Banking will be completely unavailable.
Business Remote Deposit Capture
  • A new Remote Deposit Driver package will need to be installed as of August 20th.
  • A Download wizard will prompt the 1st time each of your computers accesses the RDC system.
Business ACH Originators
  • Please set back up recurring transfers.
